On 25 February, marking the 4th anniversary of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine, the exhibition “THANK YOU WITH ALL MY HEART” opened at the Council of Europe. At its center — the Great Amber Heart of Ukraine, rescued in Bucha. Author of the Heart project — Halyna Symkha. Amber Heart replicas, as distinctions of gratitude, were presented to Secretary General @alain_berset and Ambassador Daniela Cujba @MoldovaCoE. Music by Ukrainian maestro Mike Kaufman-Portnikov — including a piece dedicated to the Amber Heart — shaped the atmosphere of remembrance and gratitude. #StandWithUkraine 🇺🇦

Amid US-led efforts to advance a peace process, Russia sent a parallel signal revealing its true objective – prolonging terror. Instead of engaging in genuine diplomacy, it launched more than 370 attack drones and 21 missiles against cities and regions across Ukraine. In Kyiv, the strike killed one person and injured at least four others. Russia targeted energy infrastructure in the capital and surrounding region, leaving nearly 6,000 buildings without heating in subzero temperatures – many of them already damaged by earlier attacks this month. In Kharkiv, Russian strikes hit a maternity hospital, a dormitory housing displaced people, a medical college, and residential buildings. At least 19 people were injured, including a child. Each Russian attack on energy infrastructure underscores the cost of delay. Air defence saves lives and keeps cities functioning. Ukraine needs stronger and faster support to endure the winter and protect its people.
