Since United Healthcare killers shells said “delay, deny, depose” & police said he came from GA, I read all lawsuits there on UH unjust claim denials. There are so many, including where UH delayed till plaintiffs ran out of $. Some ended in deaths of kids. suspect list is endless

Sad factor in the loss of porches: Appraisers don’t value them.
If Builder A built a 2,000 sqft home without a porch, and Builder B built an identical home with a nice porch, Builder B was punished in the value, loan amount.
So they stopped building porches.
