@UHC your call center advocate was rude to me and raised her voice when I asked her to clarify a question I asked . No one deserves to be treated like that when they are calling about an upcoming surgery with questions. She needs to work on her communication skills .

@UHC the horror stories are true. My aunt has one of your terrible plans and was diagnosed with cancer. She is receiving chemo which causes her to vomit; it is near impossible for her to swallow. All because UHC continues to deny her the medication that accompanies chemo.

i just love @UHC being so fucking horrible that they deny your pharmacy to fill your prescription because they want you to use their home delivery service instead with no advanced notice at all almost 2 weeks without the medication i need and it’ll be 2 more before i get it

@UHC My son’s Rx for GH therapy has been denied twice. First, they said a chart was missing. We submitted it. Then they claimed growth charts, bone age, labs & endo notes were missing—ALL of which were already sent. Is this about care, or checking boxes?

@UHC is #Accredo pharmacy the only specialty pharmacy I can use to fill my Rx? It has been almost 2 weeks since they received my refill request from my doctor and it has been under “pharmacist review”. Unacceptable! I shouldn’t have to call and request that people do their job.
