“This Was The Moment Armed Thugs Opened Fire At Us During Yesterday’s Protest In Oyo State. What Made It More Shocking, Was That Police Officers Were Present At The Scene And Did Nothing. But VeryDarkMan Remained Defiant And Continued Confronting The Situation Until The Thugs Left. It Was On This Day I Realized VDM Is Not An Ordinary Person. But Why Will Armed Thugs Be Sent To Stop a Protest That Is Meant For The Release Of The Kidnapped Children And Teachers? More Painful Is That These Thugs Are Yorubas From This Same Place, Meanwhile VDM Is Not Even From Here Yet He’s Leading a Protest For Us.”~ Man Reacts

You're desperate to be rich by all means possible.
After visiting a very powerful herbalist, he gives you only two options:
1. Every morning, you will be magically credited 100M to your account & you must spend every single naira before nightfall or run mad.
2. Get a cockerel and give it some corn. Each grain of the corn the cockerel consumes stands for the number of years you will live on earth to enjoy your wealth.
Which option will you be able to pick and survive?

Cooking gas is now N1,100 per kg. It was N2,500. That is massive relief for millions of Nigerian households cooking daily. Nobody is trending it or making noise.
Because Nigerians no longer trust price drops. They have seen this movie. Price falls, Everyone relaxes. Then it spikes higher than before. The silence is not ingratitude but more of trauma. This government has conditioned Nigerians to fear good news because the bad news always follows faster.

Our daily program for Rome is out for the International STEM Olympiad Grand Finale from July 2–8, 2026.
We received about €2,000 in total contributions toward this program; however, the hopes and aspirations of these youngsters must not be cut short at this point. Hence, I have decided to fund it in full. The total cost is €32,500.
This alone will inspire millions of other children to work hard.
Victor Osimhen’s success has inspired millions of Nigerian children. So the winners’ success will do the same in the lives of millions of children and families.
154 countries will be participating, and we will come out victorious.

ADC just got deregistered by a Federal High Court days after announcing Atiku and Amaechi as their presidential ticket.
The constitutional basis was simple. The affected parties failed to meet the minimum electoral thresholds under Sections 222 and 225A of the 1999 Constitution. ADC failed to secure 25 percent of votes in any state in the presidential election. Failed to win seats at national, state, or local government levels. The constitution says deregister. The court agreed.
Meanwhile Peter Obi had already packed his bags and moved to NDC. He knew ADC had no structural legs and a deregistration case hanging over it. While Atiku was doing primaries and announcing Amaechi as VP in a party that was about to be dissolved, Obi was building in NDC.
The opposition conversation in 2027 is now binary. APC or NDC. Atiku and Amaechi built their campaign in a house the court just demolished. You cannot make this up.

Someone asked me “Dangote Refinery is worth $39.1 billion but its private shares are priced at just $0.35 each.
Seplat Energy is worth $4.6 billion but its shares trade at N10,700 each”.
How? Let me explain.
Share price alone tells you nothing about a company’s size. What matters is how many shares exist in total.
Dangote’s $0.35 share price works because the company has issued roughly 111 billion shares. Multiply 111 billion by $0.35 and you arrive at $39 billion. Cheap price per share, enormous total value.
Seplat’s N10,700 share price works because Seplat has only about 588 million shares in circulation. Far fewer shares, so each one carries far more weight individually.
Think of it like cutting a cake. Dangote cut his into 111 billion tiny slices. Seplat cut theirs into 588 million bigger slices. The total cake is still what it is.
This is why Dangote can offer institutional investors shares at $0.35 per unit during the private placement. He is not selling cheap. He is selling a small slice of a $39 billion cake at the price that reflects 111 billion total slices.
Now to retail investors, stop looking at share price as a signal of value or affordability. A N10,700 Seplat share can be better value than a N500 share in a company with poor fundamentals.
Always look at market capitalisation. That is the actual size of what you are buying into.

At 54, @elonmusk is the World's First Trillionnaire.
While we celebrate that huge milestone, We shouldn't be so fixated on the Numbers that we miss the lessons.
Here are 5 Key Lessons to note.
-He didn't chase quick money.
Most people want results in months.
The companies that built his wealth took years, even decades.
-He bet on industries most people avoided.
Electric vehicles, Space exploration and AI.
While others were skeptical, he built in sectors that will shape the future.
-He understood ownership.
Salaries create income.
Ownership creates wealth.
The biggest fortunes in history came from owning assets, companies, and networks.
-He was willing to be misunderstood.
Every major idea he pursued was criticized at some point.
If your goal is big enough, criticism becomes part of the journey.
-Compounding needs time.
Success stories often look overnight from a distance.
Up close, they are usually years of consistent effort stacked on top of each other.
Whether you like Elon Musk or not, one thing is hard to ignore.
The gap between where you are and where you want to be is rarely closed by working harder for a few weeks.
It's usually closed by thinking bigger, staying longer, and owning more.
