Lower Crescent. Scaffolding has gone up on number 11 - the last derelict building around the gardens. There's planning permission to turn the former offices into 4 flats

Shankill Road. A site compound is being set up on the corner with North Boundary Street. There's a proposal for a block of 48 flats. The same developer recently completed 39 flats nearby at Soho Foundry on Townsend Street

Sandy Row. Ena's Cafe has been demolished. There's a plan to replace it with a new building - social enterprise Café Culture on the ground floor and 3 flats for rent upstairs

Not sure if that’s still the case.
