Im honestly shocked After MONTHS of getting ignored by automated bots, roblox Support finally broke their silence and acknowledged my regional issue for my account DCV20K. They officially stopped the bot loops and forwarded my case for a live human supervisor review. It turns out that providing official financial invoices showing my real location actually forced them to act and set me free from VNG! To be honest, Im still not 100% sure if they will actually change my account region or whats going to happen next but after all these automated bot loops seeing them finally forward my case for a human review gives me a bit of hope. I really just hope that a supervisor will look at my actual location proof and have some empathy for my situation @roblox @Roblox_VNG

I have poured years into my @Roblox account, only for it to be held hostage by a VNG regional lock that I never knowingly signed up for? One accidental click and their support team response? A cold, copy pasted legal script telling me to start over? Its absolutely pathetic. Your prioritizing regional contracts over the people who built your platform. Its honestly frustrating, I followed bad advice from a tiktoker about using VNG Roblox without even knowing it could cause issues and now Im stuck with bot replies telling me to start over even though i spent thousand of dollars to obtain offsale items, and yet this is roblox response with their community, just wow.

@Dcv20K @Roblox Its really sad, some YouTuber told me to use vng roblox to bypass the chat block, and I hadn't even read anything about vng roblox. There is no answer, its just that the bots are telling me to create a new account, even though my account was meant for game development or trading.

@Dcv20K @Roblox Yes, Roblox's customer service is a complete nightmare, and you're not the only one experiencing this. There are tons of people facing this problem, and they're clearly fed up. Right now, the only thing I can do is try to make our voices heard through X and Devform

Appreciate the backup, man. Im the guy behind the DCV20K account, known as (Camellia) in roblox. I actually tried joining the DevForum to post there, but since Im new, my rank is stuck at Visitor and it wont let me comment yet. Honestly, dealing with Roblox support right now is pure torture. Its just a wall of brainless bots closing tickets with copy-paste replies and unfortunately Nobody is actually reading them (sometime you see a REAL human agent actually respond in your ticket but still always use the prepared templates). I even went out of my way to file an FTC complaint and a refund report with Apple to try and force their hand, but nothing. Not a single shred of interest or care from them. It’s crazy how they can just treat years of our hard work like its nothing.
