I usually don't get to eat more than twice a day because there are things that need to be done.

@Matt55ZZ @tufpraise The people I'm talking about work 60-80 hours a week for little money or are disabled and can't get the necessary amount of exercise or the kind of work that lets them eat healthy enough. Especially Americans where aside from 4-7 rich people everyone is increasingly poor.

You can't make stew and soup out of nothing and these days healthy food like vegetables and fruits is higher priced than the other overly processed unhealthy option where most of it is plastic or corn syrup.
