@AirIndiaX Its inconceivable to think that you didn't know when flight would depart. You deliberately conned passengers in boarding and then await for crew. Utter disrespect for customers. Unfortunately doesn't even register as nuisance for reg and govt. We suffer! @AirIndiaX @DGCAIndia

Why is customer service an alien concept in airline industry! And dishonesty a habitual behaviour! @AirIndiaX @MoCA_India .. AIX2719 HYD to BLR.. flight gets delayed by 2 hrs, in 30 min intervals. then seated in flight and delayed by 1 hr due to crew unavailability. @DGCAIndia
