Throughout today, parents will be receiving emails detailing which Primary School their child has been allocated. We look forward to meeting our new Reception children for September 2024.

We are thrilled to have supported the ‘Share A Smile’ Campaign. Thank you and well done to all the pupils, staff & families who helped by bringing in brand new toys to give to children in hospital. The campaign raised 5018 toys that were distributed to 8 hospitals!

A name forgotten, true greatness, a 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘇𝗲𝗿. It's been an honour to unveil a blue plaque at Deepdale this morning to commemorate the life and career of Arthur Wharton; the first black professional footballer and the first official fastest man on the planet. We are so incredibly proud of our Year 4 children who performed a poem at the Arthur Wharton plaque reveal at @pnefc thank you to @pnecommunity for inviting us to be involved!

This week the whole school have been taking part in #BritishScienceWeek with a variety of activities to both enhance learning and explore the awe and wonder of scientific exploration!

Thank you to @LancashireSLS for running the BBA and FBA workshops with Year 2 and Year 6! The children loved it! Our other year groups then enjoyed you sharing stories with them later in the day!

We are so proud of our Year 6 children this week and wish them all the best as they move onto high school. We know that each and every one of you will be fantastic!

So proud of our boys cricket team! They won their cricket competition at Fulwood and Broughton Cricket Club this morning! Superb effort boys! Good luck to our girls tomorrow!
