@Jon_Thurmond 100% Employee Decision. I personally would love remote-not an option here. My commute each way is 45m - 1hr. My sanity/environment could benefit from at least a hybrid model. I could do my job remote, "they like seeing us in the office!" Even in the pandemic, we were in office.
