Traffic Alert for Tomorrow, March 15th… Ironman is coming to the Denton County area March 15th. FM 720 and FM 423 traffic will be impacted. From 7am to 2:30pm. Expect delays at just those 2 intersections along 380. Police will be present to help direct traffic.

Multiple fatality accident in Cooke County. Authorities are reporting it was a two vehicle head on crash. Three fatalities in one vehicle, 2 adults and 1 child. One fatality in the other vehicle. Total 4 killed in the crash.... This occured on FM 51 near CR 383 south of Era.

Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall will increase the threat for flash flooding and river flooding this weekend. Most likely rainfall totals will range between 1 to 3 inches, but isolated (10% chance) rainfall totals near 4 to 5" will be possible through Monday. #txwx #dfwwx

10:30pm radar shows a large area of sleet with the leading edge moving into the NW part of Denton County. Areas generally North of US 380 and along I-35 is seeing the first of many waves of sleet. Also below are 10:30pm temperatures. Bowie and Jacksboro are both at 23 degrees.
