Very disappointing customer experience with @postmarkapp. Almost 6 days ago a strange issue resulted in Postmark pausing our stream with many emails in the queue. They acknowledged an error on their end and they would investigate. I've sent 5 follow up emails with no response.

Great insight! Deliverability issues and automation limitations can be frustrating. @TarventInc we manage our own mail servers which helps us maintain deliverability, but it's an ongoing effort, unfortunately deliverability isn't "set it and forget it". What automation limitations do you run into?

One major pain point is the lack of customization options for templates. It's frustrating when you can't create a design that fully represents your brand.
