Respect and responsibility are interconnected muscles. Some people are fit, others can handle enormous weight, while most are sedentary. It’s never too late to get fit, but the focus should be on building this strength in our children. Also don’t be that guy that just works out his biceps and not his triceps. It looks funny. These muscles should give as much as they can take.
