@VivekGRamaswamy How will perf be gauged? What measures will you take to ensure teachers don’t “help” students like they did with the Florida FCAT years ago (nudging students during exams to tell them to “look again” at incorrect answers)? It sounds good but the results need to be objective.

Ohio will be the first state in the country to implement merit-based pay for teachers & principals in our public schools. Pay for performance - period.
