The Texas Rangers figured out how to beat down the Comanche. It was to fight them with the same brutality and savagery as the Comanche. Treaties and diplomacy wouldn’t work with them. Their goal was to conquer/slaughter anyone NOT Comanche. Islam needs to be met with similar force or they’ll just get more emboldened.

@DeztroReal @unlimited_ls I am a direct descendent of the highest ranking officer of the Colonial Army to die during the Revolutionary War. He has also has a college named after him and a couple of counties in NC and TN. Pretty cool, but guess what, that doesn't make me special.

NEW: NHL fans under investigation for allegedly making a Nazi salute during a Stars game at the American Airlines Center in Dallas The fans were seen doing the gesture during a 5-1 win against the Maple Leafs on Dec. 21, and the clip recently went viral “American Airlines Arena (AAC) has zero tolerance for any acts of hate and/or discrimination, and we aim to ensure an environment for our guests that is free from disruptive behaviors, including foul/abusive language and obscene gestures,” the AAC said in a release Wednesday, per ESPN “As such, we strongly denounce the actions that appear to be depicted in the video footage and are conducting an internal investigation. All fans and attendees are expected to adhere to AAC and, as applicable, NBA or NHL Codes of Conduct when attending events.”

There’s a reason Bill Essayli is First Assistant, not a US Attorney: It’s because he can’t get basic facts right. What he told the NY Comic Book, that Medicare is “administered through the states,” is FLAT OUT FALSE. FACT: CMS runs Medicare. That’s a federal department running a federal program — not a state one. While you phone Dr. Oz for some clarity, here’s some more info for you: medicare.gov/about-us/how-i… Or you can talk to the FBI agent who signed the affidavit for one of the criminal complaints YOUR office filed yesterday, who also knows this:

The Governor took action: he instituted a BAN on new hospice licenses back in 2022!! Only the federal government has access to medicare billing, CRITICAL to fighting fraud — so why did it take you so long to act, First Assistant? Maybe time to talk to Dr Oz about following Governor Newsom and instituting a federal moratorium?
F.A. United States Attorney Bill Essayli@USAttyEssayli

California is responsible for regulating hospice licenses. California’s own auditor called for emergency regulations to crack down on hospice fraud. So far, @CAgovernor has refused to implement them. Why?

@IntrepidKeith @unlimited_ls My ancestors helped pioneer, build and settle a country for their descendants. Yeah, that’s actually pretty awesome. They didn’t do that for freeloaders with no roots here. Paper Americans came later and it’s gotten dirtier, poorer and dumber because of it.

@Long_1969 @whatsrightsam Being subject to another nations laws (whether visiting or being there illegally) doesn’t make you a citizen of that country and doesn’t mean you have allegiance to it. She’s a moron.

Listen red hat, play close attention since I won't be schooling you Magites again... Ketanji Brown Jackson isn’t saying laws = allegiance. She’s explaining jurisdiction — a basic legal concept. If you're in a country, you’re subject to its laws. That’s not controversial — that’s literally how sovereignty works.

@OriolesBarbara @unlimited_ls They should but we know that’s not going to happen. George Floyd’s family became millionaires. Thanks to the Rodney King lawsuit, many people now see an interaction with a cop as a potential jackpot.

She graduated Harvard Law, clerked for three federal judges, including a Supreme Court Justice, served as a federal public defender, U.S. Sentencing Commission Vice Chair, federal district judge, and D.C. Circuit judge — all before reaching the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, random people on social media think they’re more qualified because they “went to law school.” You don’t have to agree with her decisions — but pretending she’s unintelligent is unserious, intellectually lazy, and frankly embarrassing

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 The imminently qualified judge Ketanji Brown Jackson had to sit before mediocre people who could never accomplish what she's done. She had 8.9 years of prior judicial experience - more than 4 Justices Thomas, Roberts, Kagan, & Barrett had *combined.

@DeztroReal @Me_Marvelously @Darkdeedfiles @RapidResponse47 Bless your heart. Really, you actually included "accepted to West Point" in your response. 🙄 At best, he had company-level command (200 men). DoD has over 2.8M personnel. Kind of like saying the OIC of Sta Quillayute could be DHS secretary. Irrationale.

The precedent being used for birthright citizenship was a case 30 years after the 14th Amendment (conveniently after its author Jacob Howard, was dead). For the first 30 years it was around, it was not interpreted to mean “anyone born on our magic dirt to illegals is an American”. No constitutional amendment will be needed to change it to original intent (as one wasn’t needed to re-interpret it 128 years ago). Anyone who thinks this is for global illegals and birth tourists is a fucking retard.

@BasedMikeLee Mike… stop bud. This is embarrassing. “The words matter” They sure do. That’s why “jurisdiction” means subject to U.S. law, not “immigration status I personally approve of.” You don’t get to rewrite a constitutional phrase and call it history ya douche.

Ron Paul was right The text and original understanding of the Fourteenth Amendment do *not* support the conclusion that all children born to illegal aliens in the U.S. are constitutionally entitled to U.S. citizenship The words “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” matter

@CatfishHokes @XaviercMiller The idea of “living wage laws” should be banned by the Supreme Court. A living wage is earned through hard work, doing lots of things you don’t want to do and putting up with a boss. Now everyone just quits whenever they want because they got their back-up welfare check.

People hate to hear this, but a middle or low-income Black person has way more in common with a middle or low-income white person than with a wealthy Black person. Class divides people more than race in today’s world.

New report shows American taxpayers are paying $8 billion dollars a year to heat and cool empty office buildings - 2026 data shows nearly 10,000 federal buildings are failing basic usage standards - Repair bills on these empty offices just hit $370 billion - Government Accountability Office found some of the bigger government office buildings are only 25% full in 2023 ‘The referenced GAO reports stated that federal agencies spend - $2 billion per year to operate and maintain office buildings regardless of utilization - Plus another $5 billion annually on leases - Rounded to $8 billion annually’
