Hmm… in the age of social media, if you fail to pick up and read colonial archives or understand why these narratives or Images around sati were exaggerated, that’s on you. How our own Indian intelligentsia hates our culture and way of life and doesn't even respect our right to peaceful existence because it goes against their appeasement and votebank politics. Its a watershed moment.

This is when Dhurandhar came unexpected and bulldozed their secular, anti-Hindu, anti-Indian Aman ki Tamasha. They did not expect THIS from Bollywood. Certainly not featuring a w0ke Ranveer. Not with superhit music, spirited performances & superlative command over the craft.

This is because they are all ideologues first and filmmakers and technicians next. They have excellent Shatrubodha and understand that their primary motive of being in cinema goes beyond their own livelihood-making, it is to spread ideas that they think are politically correct.

Film ecosystem itself will react. Saif will act in Tanhaji, but call it propaganda later. AR Rahman will compose music for Chaava but will call it divisive later. Kabir Khan of Ek Thaa Tiger fame said "I can forgive bad acting & sloppy scripts, but can't forgive bad politics"

All leftist reviewers in unison try to cancel non-left films as "hate-filled", "biased", "propaganda", "saffronizaton". As if their films Haider/Ikkis/Viduthalai2/Fanaa/Jodha Akbar/Jai Bhim are not cherrypicked, agenda-filled, whitewashing, emotionally manipulative propagandas.

But whenever a well-made RRR/Kantara/Amaran/Chaava comes out, they get mildly anxious. They know that the best way to spread an idea amongst masses is cinema, which is why leftists absolutely hate well-made films that don't align with their ideologies.

Leftists usually mock and move on when amateurishly made non-left films like Samrat Prithviraj, Ram Setu, Razakar etc. get released. Infact, they even eagerly anticipate such films. Because the amateurish filmmaking gives them a chance to mock the idea behind the film itself.
