📍🎥Thousands line the streets of Bellaghy, demanding a public inquiry into the murder of Sean Brown. It’s an emotional evening in the village as Sean Brown’s elderly widow, Bridie, leads the “Walk for Truth” from the front, travelling by car. She is followed by her family and thousands of supporters from across Ireland, including members of the @officialgaa. Chief Reporter @jamesgould23 is there. Mr Brown was murdered by the Loyalist Volunteer Force while locking the gates of the local GAA club in 1997. Tonight’s aim is to amplify calls for a public inquiry. Secretary of State Hilary Benn has said he remains determined to ensure a "full, thorough and independent investigation" into the murder.

Clare wanted to emphasise the kind of man her father was, saying that sometimes this gets lost in legal processes over the years. She also thanked the community and @officialgaa for their continued support.
