The Israeli occupation forces have launched a sudden incursion into the Khan Younis area, specifically near the industrial zone and Asdaa prison, where they are currently besieging hundreds of displaced people.
The trapped civilians are appealing to the Red Cross for help and rescue, urging it to coordinate their safe evacuation, but unfortunately, no one has responded so far.
A friend of mine who is trapped there called me and told me that he has no media coverage, and no one knows anything about them or is helping them. His father and sister were shot by the occupation forces. Their condition is extremely critical, and they are on the verge of death — if no one intervenes to save them, they will die immediately.💔

Unfortunately we are receiving hundreds of messaging asking for shelter and transport expenses. The world is watching while a massive displacement is taking place after 23 months of an ongoing genocide.
On August 18th, the Translating Falasteen (@translatingpal) x Sameer Project team provided 1,030 rice meals. Even 10 days ago, people were fearful and thinking of the displacement and now it has begun.
The cost for 1,030 meals with 11% commission was $8,112. Meals were given to the following camps in Gaza City:
- 350 meals at Al Qalaa Camp at Abu Hasira Roundabout
- 310 meals at Israa Camp
- 90 meals at Al Salam Camp in Al Rimal
- 80 individual tents in Al Rimal (not part of camp)
- 50 meals to civil defense
- 150 meals to Al Shafii School
