@PR_Assembly Yes - thank you for the suggestion. We have had a significant increase in participation with the virtual environment as previous protocol (pre-COVID) several participants expressed concerns re: time commitment for baseline assessments.

Interesting about the reasons for not participating, as ~1/3rd were not interested. Perhaps some qualitative work to explore this as well? as it will impact recruitment for future RCTs. #ATS2021TP102 #Rozenberg 5/

@PR_Assembly Sorry for the delay in responding. 4 out of the 7 participants were transplanted prior to completion of 6 weeks. One consideration in the future would be to initiate IMT prior to formal listing or earlier in the rehab process as often IMT was started at 4 weeks into rehab.

This was a small cohort study that consented 11/37 potential recruits. 4 completed trg, 7 dropped out including 4 due to LTx. 90+% of weekly sessions were completed. Trg was 2 daily, <5mins/session, 5x/week sessions for 6wks w/ a structured protocol. #ATS2021TP102 #Rozenberg 3/
