Bought a refurbished microwave! Looks good. Doesn’t flipping cook! But heats the outer casing really well! Nearly burnt myself on it! Going back in the morning via parcel force - cleaner than when I received it too. Caused a barney too! Thanks @DirectVacuums !

@DirectVacuums no parcel has arrived today after sitting in waiting allay but it was sent on 24 hour delivery. Tried phoning and the number cuts off. Emailed and no answer. Messaged via fb and no reply. Shocking customer service #directvacuums

@DirectVacuums tried contacting the manager but staff refused to put call through using silly excuses. How do you expect people to be satisfied when the aftersale service is terrible? I’ve tried all day yesterday and today got tired of having calls cut off. Also it costs money

@DirectVacuums I purchased a Vax Sream Mop which never worked, it simply doesnt steam at all. Have rang, emailed and contacted the company through social media and have consistently been ignored. This is ongoing for 4 weeks. Not a reputable company at all BEWARE !
