So: per the email dump, Kash Patel owns property in India. To do that, you have to apply for and be granted an OCI card. Which he could do since his parents were immigrants. The Indian government disallows people who are in foreign militaries from getting OCI status. OCI stands for "Overseas Citizenship of India". Even if this isn't strict citizenship, this belies a HUGE conflict of interest given his role as FBI Director.
