ARC is already three years in. It’s time for the next arc, and a collective level-up. As many Stellars already know, this year during Token2049 week, we won’t be taking over the timeline with one massive party. Instead, we’re shifting gears: more intimate settings, more focused builder-to-builder conversations. Curated by the ARC core team to reflect the diverse mix of founders, investors, and builders in our ecosystem, the main event for 2025 will be a roundtable designed for real value and meaningful connections. 🗓️ Roundtable ARC 30 Sep (Daytime) 🥢 Hotpot ARC 30 Sep (Evening) Beyond that, the ARC team will be co-hosting a series of side events throughout the week, from 29 Sep (Monday) all the way to 3 Oct (Friday). ARC oh ARC… in theory it makes so much sense, creating a digital first institution born out of a highly aligned community. Where the core community activities are purpose-driven ones like investments, building, closed-door masterminds and more. Execution though is difficult when realising a “community company” as it means constantly looking to our community health as a main okr, which on a very high level essentially just means making your members happy. This may sound easy in theory but is actually extremely challenging esp when we consider how in crypto, members' sentiments are also influenced by how the markets are doing. Ive always described ARC as a more purpose driven community largely due to the profile of our members. Majority are non retail users who are actively working in the space. With that in mind, expectations are also highly different where the value perceived by our members are growth and opportunities on top of just making money as a common denominator across the space. But that is also one of the unique ways that makes us stronger as a collective. For example, if we do end to end advisory for a project, i will not create a new team just to service that project. All i have to do is look at the back to our members where they have already shown merit in building and advising projects. Product & tech, gtm and marketing, fundraising and cap table optimisation… ARC members through their individual selves or their companies are able to help out on these various verticals of advisory. Looking back at when the product idea came to light (before covid), to our pivot from a generic web2 concept to taking the plunge to token gate our community with a non fungible token, to now prepping the multiple revenue streams and a future token. It goes without saying that managing a product like this has a great amount of ups and downs, one thing that ive always found comfort in is how ARC has never once pivoted its core vision, to be a juggernaut digital first institution and have a whole variety of different assets and entities under us, whether acquired, incubated or advised. 2025 is going to be a big year for the space and us as well. Our members are all waiting for a token drop from us, despite me saying many times i wont speed run a token just because of better markets. It will come but it has to be planned and executed right. I just want to note that, the team is working hard at prepping this. Have already mentioned in the last town hall the plans with the token, and why it requires alot of prep as compared to most other token plays since compliancy will be important to handle right here. I for one will not risk ARC, and my own brand repute to launch a token play that cant capture scale and longevity so do bear with me here. On the business as usual front, our core activities need to be executed better and at tandem with the token plan. The increase in brand value of ARC is paramount which helps us to source and get access to better deals, to incubate good projects, or for newer protocols to allow us to be part of their main validator set. All of the processes that supplement these activities have to be improved 2025 moving forward. One failure that i accept was that i managed ARC to be more inbound with such activities vs outbound and everything must change. On a side note, I am very excited over the potential of a couple of incubated projects at ARC which will prolly gain alot of traction, however we do need to have more outbound enquiries even for this vertical of building. 2025 will be a great year for crypto, and i know it will be a good one for ARC as well. 2024 has taught me alot of my shortcomings as a founder and im motivated to have 2025 be the year to come up with impact for the space. I also feel very fortunate to have the type of members in my community, more matured, less grift hur hur, but yea… yes yes too long not reading happy new year all!!

It was around 2 years ago during this time that we started the official mint for ARC Stellars. We were unconventional at that point for announcing that there would be no minting window for Stellars because for us, the priority has and will always be on ensuring that we build the community, member-by-member, in the best way possible. Many people in the space were unconvinced about what we were looking to build. But we had a lot of friends and people who did believe in us, in @GabeWithTheHat, in the team. Because of each and every one of you who joined as an ARC Stellar, who took a chance on us, who trusted that we would deliver on what we said, from the trenches of the bear in 2022 till today, I want to say a big thank you and finally, finally, we fking did it. Today, we would like to announce that the mint for ARC Stellars will be officially closed. #888 is a special one and for now, our decision is to mint that and transfer it to the ARC company vault. We have yet to close the decision on whom the last mint will go to but it's an important, symbolic number and we have plans for it. With the mint closed, we're going to be kickstarting our next phase of growth. We're going to be building and cooking some amazing stuff together. We're going to be doing it collectively, with the community, as well as the extensive resources and networks ARC has access to. 2025 is going to be epic. We're going to build a new world yall. Lesgo
