It’s actually such a shame that I’ve gained over a hundred followers since I posted a photo in the hospital. It always seems to happen. People truly do feed off of people who are sick and it’s the exact reason I now avoid posting too much detail on here regarding my anorexia. I have had so many kind messages and comments of well wishes which I won’t discount. I’m aware not everyone has poor intention but it does go to show. People engage more in negative media and it’s sad. I see art and beauty all over people’s pages with zero to minimal likes, yet pictures of them suffering are flooded with likes and bookmarks. I wish social media was different and people could be valued and appreciated for all of their presentations, not just the ugly and the pain 🩷

@dolliecookie @deerlycals Could look for small bottles of syrup at the grocery store and get a little squeeze bottle so its portable? I love to use vanilla and coconut extracts in my coffee as well, and theres many flavours.Ive also noticed creamers getting fancier, currently have a lavender oat milk one!

@deerlycals it sounds so good!! where im from we dont have dunkin or anything like that so i havent tried any fun flavours that arent caramel or vanilla🥲

@novas_starving Maybe switching things up or having a smaller portion might help? I feel ill if I eat to much while I have stuff to do as well but sometimes something small will be a nice middle ground

i’ve made the decision that it’s gen not worth it to eat lunch bc i end up in so much pain b4 i get off work. even if i eat a filling, nutritious meal, i always get a pounding headache and the hunger pains are ridiculous. id rather deal with the brain fog then this shit.

@sleepwalklottie Ive found that when its bad enough, some of the little tricks people suggest actually do work 😭 Ill go open the window and stand by it for a couple minutes before closing it, or Ill have a little bit of cocoa powder everyday, grab one little thing that needs to be cleaned, etc

@sommerstarving was put in the water, it could change the weight as well. Too many variables for it to be reliable IMO, Id rather just weigh the dry noodles, and I dont weigh my food if someone else cooked it

@sommerstarving Even if they have/had that Id probably ignore it most of the time anyways because its not exact/accurate. I like to overcook my noodles because it cuts down on bloating, so mine would almost always be heavier than it says. Plus if it "soaked up" any butter/oil/seasoning that -

@softbratmae @mushroomfrugg Gotta make a list, haha. There was also a really big confusion once 😂 Someone that was in my server called them "pattys", but where I am a "patty" would be the slab of meat on a burger, so you would have to specify that you mean a "JAMAICAN patty", haha

I do it anyways because even if it IS higher itll probably drop back down after and then I get that "period is done" happiness AND that "lower number" happiness as well and its a great reward for making it through the past 1-3 weeks 🥰
