Embarrassing. Great two years for Gators Basketball, but that was a shitty ending. They played soft the last 4 games and lost two of them. Great job by Todd Golden turning this program around and moving in the right direction.

@Coach_Buckel I know and you should be embarrassed by the fact that Miami has all those players in the Super Bowl but has had 2 good/relevant seasons since 01 and no ACC Championships. So much talent in Miami. But it’s not turning into conference championships or Nattys.

@polk_way Same day travel is BAD. We don’t even do that for tournaments, much less State. I understand bigger teams, need more hotel rooms, all of that. But same day travel for State Title is Little League. Those legs don’t recover from a 4 hr bus ride…

The fact that it’s a private school doesn’t mean much.. Lakeland was 5-2 against STA entering the game so that’s no excuse… Same day travel for a state game should never happen, I don’t care if it’s in Orlando… Fan support was limited so that’s true

@Camp_Sr5 @polk_way None of those trophies are from Evangel Days. Those are all Victory trophies. 1st couple years a lot of Evangel kids came over, but all of those trophies were since Victory was started as a school. Not passed from Evangel.

@polk_way Yes you still are Pork. Our defense has looked great. We haven’t been getting gashed for bombs this season. Napier can’t call plays. UF defense looks great. Dallas also great. You were trying to shit on the defense.

DJ Lagway is the only SEC quarterback to complete 75% of his passes while throwing for over 250 yards and tossing multiple touchdowns in a conference game this season.

It’s a symptom of a larger problem. No killer instinct and just no feel for the game. •He absolutely sucks at managing the middle eight, point blank. •He does not grasp the concept that, the first play out of a turnover, taking a deep shot might be a good idea. Not every single time. But just SOME times. •He has no idea that you’re allowed to compound a dominant first half with an equally dominant (or even more dominant) second half. •Now he seems to be developing a new pattern: waiting until he’s one loss away from being fired to trot out a competent team. Having any one of those four traits is a major league problem for a Florida coach. Having all four of them? That’s the Golden Sombrero of Florida football coaching, you ain’t the guy.

Feel bad for Billy Napier. He’s one hell of a recruiter, a good leader of men, and an even better person than either of those things. Unfortunately, he’s refused to hire an OC even after hearing about it from the entire earth. It has led to his demise. Time to turn the page.

@polk_way Football tickets 8$ a piece and $5 dollars in the parking lot…probably going to get hit with a ticket charge on those tickets too if you buy online which most schools are requiring. After you buy a couple bottle waters and a hot dog, it’s 50 bucks for a high school game…

Nah this just simply ain’t true.. Right now we have the most black head coaches than we’ve ever had. Alumni has just been SORRY. Look at the turnouts on most Friday nights.
