@DocBonn what's the difference between a narcissist with sadistic tendencies and a collapsed narcissist? Wouldn't they both not want to be outer for their manipulation and react violently?

@kstancil13 Someone who has schizophrenia is at least 5 times more likely to commit murder than the average person and 10 times more likely to be aggressive or violent generally

@DocBonn an author with a true crime book stated it was not likely someone with schizophrenia is unlikely to be violent in the same breath as making excuses for one who stabbed someone 19 times. Statistically is this true?
