It's key to know your time frame. As a day trader, I don't care where SPX goes tomorrow, next week, or how it gets there. I care about the next 5 to 20 point intraday move, and waiting on my 1 setup to capture it. That's it. If you think beyond that, noise will ruin your trading

Little to trade after +120 point run from yesterdays 6832 Failed Breakdown in #ES_F. Have to wait for another flush to trap bears & do it over. Today's targets were 6935 (hit), 6942 (hit), 6952 (4 points shy)
6925, 6907=weak supports & things don't get interesting until sub 6907

Now +110 points from yesterday's 6832 Failed Breakdown. I trade the same bear trap every single day in #ES_F, uptrend or downtrend Yesterday's target was 6925 (1 week range resistance). Today's slate given 8am was 6935 (hit), 6942 (hit). Just 52 left to backtest Feb 12 breakdown

Not an exaggeration to say 6765 is one of the most prolific levels of 2025, producing countless trades in #ES_F. As posted ystd afternoon, 6765 reclaim triggers to 6774. We got it overnight. At 8am, I posted its support. Held for 2 tests back to 74 since

Ultra precise start to the day in #ES_F. 6765 was support as posted 8am (as it has been for nearly a week). We held it exact. 6774 was 1st up, just hit. Protect those gains. 6752-6795=a 3 day flag as we setup trend. 6782-85, then 6795 remain next above. 6765 fails, we dip again

Yesterday saw a rare micro-dip in #ES_F. As posted 6750 - 6795=3 day flag with 6765 a magnet. We hit 6800 ystd, sold to ~6750. I posted 6765 had to reclaim to trigger long to 6774+, we got it last eve Plan today: Hold runner. 6765=key. 6782-85, then 6795 next. 65 fails, dip 6752
