We will be upgrading Dockstore with a new release on February 8 starting at 2pm ET. The Dockstore UI and API will be unavailable up to an hour between 2pm and 4pm

This inconsistency has created a number of bugs, for a relatively small number of workflows. For these workflows, we've also created a number of PRs in advance of the 1.15 release to roughly 30 workflows in 20 repositories to help them migrate to this new behaviour. Thanks!

For our upcoming 1.15 release, one breaking change will have the effect of tightening validation around .dockstore.yml files with relative paths. While our documentation has used absolute paths, relative paths have been passing validation and processed inconsistently.
