Per SBS. Literally 5% of your total equation in weight loss comes from the gym. NEAT (natural movement not in gym aka active lifestyles) can contribute to 3x more than you do in the gym. Should be noted resistance training over time raises your passive BMR.

“Fasted” cardio (as usually defined) is a joke. It takes ~24 hours for your liver glycogen to be depleted and >84 hours for your muscle glycogen to be even measurably decreased when not eating. If you skip breakfast and go for a run, your muscles don’t think they are fasted.
