The afternoon class spent time sorting through my mom’s collection of buttons. Each group had to agree on the common attribute they would sort by and then would graph the buttons so they could compare the groups. @DornNPD117

@amextravel customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Avoid booking through American Express travel! If you have a problem with anything regarding your trip or flights they are not willing to help.

@amextravel Flights were canceled due to Covid and airline was offering a refund. But you had to apply for the refund through your booking company which for us was AMEX travel. They dropped the ball and never applied and now it is 1.5 years later and we are still out almost $5000
