@Dolletteico make seitan from wheat flour, it has the best marcros across many protein sources. 500g of flour makes around 300g of seitan for me. its also a whole project to make, good thing to pass time with

@Dolletteico popsicles, sugar free life savers, dum dums, asian pears, pico is pretty cheap to make, a bag of jet puffed marshmallows are cheap like 2 dollars and shockingly low cal(i microwave mine and put them on rice cakes) a bag if drizzilicious is like 5 bucks, sugar free jello cups
