Well done to our lads this morning running at the Kildare County Novice Road Race Championships where Cathal McCarron took third with a sub 16minute run around the route in the Curragh!

A big weekend out for the club with our members taking part in the World Half Marathon Festival in Donadea Forest and The Heath 10K not to mention a great turnout at our club Open Day this morning!

A great number out for our track training session last night with km and mile intervals. The club are holding its annual open day for new members this Sunday at 10am in Donadea Forest, meeting at the coffee shop! Come down and join us! We’re only a little crazy.
