@cuppa_coffee At this point, Beak> is the only new album I've bought this year! 😬I'm not proud of that fact, something i need to rectify b4 the end of the year. But i can confirm it's a good album. Most definitely worth a listen. I'm off to see them tonight too...

@Morgs1968 The name sounds familiar, but don't know them. Only found one song on Spotify, which almost makes me more intrigued to check them out 👍

@Doob76 This rocked my world in 1989. I was in a minority, but the songs and the late, great Pat Collier’s production brought me up sharp. Wonderful band live. Intense.

@Jonny_Hallidaye @RichardS7370 Yes, i think that's probably it. NGD sounds a bit more indie. Probably the mid pount btwn the early post punk stuff and the later more mainstream stuff. For me, that's a good place to be! 👍

Pleasantly surprised with how much I've enjoyed revisiting the Simple Minds albums. It just missed out on my 5, but Empires & Dance was my most played last time round. Enjoyed both of these, but its New Gold Dream that's clocking up the most listens here #5albums80s3
