I'm just a .NET dev building the future of neighborhoods, open-minded. - MCU fan - Solo Leveling enthusiast (The grind is real) - shipping > perfection. 🇿🇦 Posting about my journey building a marketplace for neighbors & verified pros, and anime rants.

QUESTION! Do you people really vibe code production-ready software? Is that honestly a thing? I'm asking sincerely.

@webdesignerng Pretty sure every .NET dev uses Pascal - FirstName😆 Never seen "First Name" on the backend though

@marclou Congrats on the 25k clicks... Does Google keep track of this on their own, or did you do anything SEO or analytical specific?

Even if you have 10 follower, say Hi, that’s how connections start. It’s that simple

@rezoundous Complexity, your product might be intuitive to you, but to someone else, it might be a maze.

@TreciaKS Yeah definitely, it's amazing for .NET but, I wouldn't use anything other than VScode for front-end dev.

Biggest shock was seeing my colleague use Visual Studio and not VS Code for frontend work

Css is not really hard. You just want your website to be doing unnecessary backflip in the name of animation🫵🏿😂

@OmriBuilds You can vibe-code the MVP, but the 'enterprise' part usually requires a human in the driver's seat to audit the vibes.

@rezoundous Great tip. Also worth mentioning, never use process.env directly in your business logic.

If you’re new to API keys: They should live in env vars, not in code. Good: process.env.PAYMENTS_API_KEY Bad: hard-coded strings config files committed to git This keeps keys swappable and out of version control.
