From $0 to $6,000,000+ (My Amazon Journey, Lessons for You, and the Future) Buckle up, this one’s gonna be extremely long, but possibly the most useful piece of content you will read in this space I started selling on Amazon 4 years ago right after graduating college $1,100 to my name 0 direction on what I was going to do - marketing degree wasn’t worth shit Decided to start reselling as a bridge to whatever job I was going to get First month, I made like $600 profit 3 months later, $25k profit in a single month (pools goin crazy at the time) This compounded with other Covid related stuff and stacked $8-25k a month for the rest of 2020 and so on into 2021 2021-2022, not much changed Constant 5 figure profit months living the ideal life of freedom I had wanted to achieve Learned a ton about OA in the process and made some good connections 2023, goal was $3M revenue and to throw in some coaching since I had so much free time Well, 2023 entailed far more than that Early in the year, I opened my coaching program and charged a very, very low rate and gave insane value This was in hopes of a 100% success rate (lol very naive) I learned quickly, the fit of the client to you is the most important aspect of this style of business I am a run and gun, pound out massive knowledge, you do the work type of guy Lotta mfs need a complete hand holding, say your goals in the mirror, tony robbins type shit just to get on their computer This was a big reality check and led to extreme mental stress and inevitable burnout Reading thousands of Keepas a week, getting hundreds of 1 on 1 calls a month, answering the same questions over and over again Hours taken from the biz + Other Biz ventures seemingly doing well = Huge decrease in motivation for Amazon Not a problem though tbh Ended the year with FAR more cash than all years combined (and 2nd most profitable year out of the 4) I would say my Amazon experience has been much better than most as well - NEVER missed a CC payment - Never asked for cash from anyone - Never took a loan - Made damn near 7 figures in profit - Helped 10+ people quite literally 3-10x their income from Amazon $15k revenue months to $50k profit months $8k rev months to $30k profit months List goes on Eventually, I’ll compile some insane case studies from my coaching last year But that's not what this is about See, throughout this whole process of doing this I got some insanely valuable advice and connections that have ultimately made me decide I am going to move away from the Amazon space I am not as passionate anymore and it simply doesn’t align with my long term goals I was (and kinda still am) making 5 figures profit every month, but I am on pace to make much more with other ventures now Juice doesn’t seem worth the squeeze (for me personally) This year, much of my content will be much different HOWEVER I am leaving the space with one final informational dump I have yet to see anyone do anything like this And what inspired this: Got a call from the owner of a prep center I use and he said out of every client he has had (300+), I am the best at what I do He said there is no way I can walk away from it lol Kind gesture and I greatly appreciated it, but I am still walking away from it But after that call and shortly after a $10M+ a year seller saying I was one of the best guys he had seen when it comes to sourcing I decided I definitely can’t just keep all that shit in my brain for no reason So, this will, undoubtedly, be the most valuable piece of content ever produced on the OA side of Amazon What is it? An Exposé of everything I have ever done or heard of on Amazon Everything I have ever learned An 8 hour + long webinar that WILL NOT stop until you guys are out of questions Nothing is off the table (aside from my personal relations in the space ofc) I will answer anything - Most profitable sites to source from - List of most profitable ASIN’s I have ever sold (Inventory Lab deep dive) - Ability to send a Seller ID and will break down how they likely get their inventory Whatever you want, you get it All anonymous - questions will not be tied to you and you can use a pseudonym during the webinar But 100% Transparency from me This will burn bridges I am sure lol but I am leaving, I don’t care This will not be recorded and an NDA will be required to attend This will not be a motivational hoorah to get you to “visualize” not being a fucking loser You can find that shit at one of these meet-ups or “exclusive” coaching programs You won’t have to be disappointed that I launch a course, more coaching, some BS group or whatever after this That won’t be happening If you want to stop wasting money on all the bullshit info-products, conferences, challenges, etc. in the future, this is for you Click the link below I will see you there

Meta conversion campaigns are a mega mess right now. Meta has acknowledged the CPLV is officially a bug. They are working on it. I'm turning ads off where I can.

Check your ad accounts. Noticed something weird that started happening on the 5th. One metric I track just for pixel health purposes is Landing Page Views / Outbound Clicks. Typically this is somewhere between 80-90%. Since the 5th we have seen this drop to 40%-50% Nothing regarding the pixel has changed but we did see CAC start to increase since the 5th. Has anyone else noticed this? Is this just a reporting delay/issue or Meta not processing events properly right now?

Every time I read the sea of garbage AI slop replies to tweets (especially by accounts who have are trying to sell something) I think of this excerpt from an old Gary Halbert interview

Mason@CardinalMason

Trying to understand the motives of people who use Chat GPT to reply to every tweet on the TL, thinking they’re adding value. Do they not know we know? Do they think we think they are this great sage with the perfect quip for every occasion? I’m stumped on who benefits here.

Your identity can become a prison We build identities around what we do, what we have done, and what we believe 'I'm the guy who does x' 'I am not the type of person to do x' 'x is the way I always do it though' 'he says x, so that is what works' Then when whatever you do requires something more aggressive, or requires a pivot altogether This identity gives you pushback 'Ah, thats not me' although most of the time it's the MOST IMPORTANT thing you can do to reach your goals So many people I talk to that struggle mentally are victims of this Cannot get out of their own way because they attach themselves to a rigid identity that only exists to keep them safe (and often, weak) Be malleable with what you identify with

@joshdgavin @theaymanarab Aside from the ‘well if the low ticket is made to put them into a new problem’ Obviously, but most people won’t pull that off Most would be better to just go straight book a call for high ticket from their extremely warm organic following

Introducing a low-ticket offer can backfire if you sell high-ticket. If someone is already pre-sold after watching your YouTube video, sending them into a low-ticket funnel only adds friction and slows the sale. You’re better off directing them straight to a VSL funnel while their intent is fresh.

I never understood Dave Ramsey Always thought 'who tf actually needs that?' All of it seemed such entry level, common sense stuff But after talking to so many people irl and online over the years and realizing nearly everyone (and yes, from $2k month income to $10k+ month income) is financially cooked Sub $10k net worth, living month to month, trapped in mountains of debt, basically 0 chance at retiring sub 70 years old Makes me realize that guy really is saving lives out here I imagine literally millions of people would be full throttle wage slave till death without his advice Generational poorness saved by a guy saying 'yeah man you shouldn't don't buy a $80,000 tesla when you make $50k a year'

Even the genuine Ecom and Info guys are fucking you with everything they post They tell you… ‘X got me X. If you do x (and make sure you do x) you’ll get x’ It seems beneficial to save to your bookmarks, but you’ll never implement Because you’ll never never really understand why something works There’s much more value in learning why something works then how something works

bro. when you run funnels at high scale outside of shopify on platforms like funnelish, not all the visitors are gonna populate on shopify, hence the seemingly supid high AOV. the real AOV on this store is closer to $130. i talk abt this on lives, in the comments, everywhere, but you took one screenshot with no understanding of what i'm doing to 'expose' me for clout. do better.
