@EdinvaleFarm @Shearwell It’s pulling through from my bank account to Xero as two transactions…so Xero is asking for two lots of evidence and transactions to reconcile against. This alone is making me consider passing all the bookkeeping to the accountants!!

Farm Accountants and Farmers who do your own book keeping using Xero.... Niche question but how do you reconcile an order with @Shearwell where you get free replacement tags - so you pay up front (a), but then they refund you the difference(b), but that refund isn't on a receipt anywhere, you just get an invoice for the difference (c). So xero shows a and b but the paperwork only shows a and c Help gratefully received!!
