@thekitodiet Yeah, we need a space for kids and teens too, especially in this kind of fandom. Why else are there so many cases of minors lying abt their ages and infiltrating these spaces?
Because they don’t have anywhere else to go, to express theirselves, which leads to complicated stuff

Honesty, 18+ and 21+ cons are needed and amazing.
But, cons are more important than ever for those under 18. There are very few places to spend their free time, so they flock to online spaces. I believe thats part of the reason we're having issues with online fandom spaces now.

Make all furry conventions +18 or +21 at this point. I can't fathom why minors are allowed (with parental/guardian consent) at big US cons. You can't deny the adult nature of cons and the fandom.
