@jwsthomson @CBCNorth The CBC station here in Iqaluit has a generator that kicks on when the power goes out…which also happens relatively often.

Canadian North's new baggage fees come into effect today. The airline wouldn't answer questions in an interview, and a spokesperson suggested I look into other airlines too.
