@AinsleyHayes20 One of those scenarios you stated are more plausible, imo. I just don't believe he could have done it all on his own with no help as the State said. AM is a scumbag and probably gets found Guilty again in a retrial. I don't think we will ever find out what happened to MM & PM

Not really sure how EB is so shocked. Every defendant deserves a fair trial. Alex Murdaugh didn’t receive a fair trial and now we’re here. Hopefully, people understand that a defendant deserves a fair trial and the presumption of innocent unless proven guilty.

@AinsleyHayes20 I don’t personally believe he’s innocent, I don’t however believe the State proved its case. I don’t believe he killed them in the way they said. I am annoyed that there could be another trial, I said it at the time once the financial crimes came in it would lead to another trial

@Dylan12D I appreciate your cordial response that is so rare on X. I do admit that this was no easy case, I can understand why someone would believe he was innocent. after watching the complete trial myself, I’m confident he’s guilty. Maybe justice reign and fairness abound

@AinsleyHayes20 I appreciate your opinion Ainsley. Many disagree with you, including myself, in terms of him receiving a fair trial. We shall see what the appeal court judges deem.

@Dylan12D Just watched the original trial in full and the judge was fair, balanced and unbiased. Alex had a fair trial. He actually had a lot more liberties than most. The jury had a tough job but got it right.
