We are aware of reports that the Prime Hero Fabregas loan Player Item is expired once claimed, and are actively investigating. We'll provide another update when available.

We are investigating reports of some players unintentionally receiving an unredeemable consumable in Ultimate Team. Players should no longer be receiving that item and we are looking into removing it from impacted accounts. We'll provide another update when available.

We have temporarily removed the 89+ Encore Icon Player Pick SBC as the description did not inform players that Champion ICONs were included as possible rewards. Impacted players will be messaged in-game in the coming days.

We have ongoing maintenance until 14:00 UTC. During this time, you may be disconnected or unable to access online services. Match creation will be disabled 30 min before the maintenance. Titles impacted: EA SPORTS FC 26, EA SPORTS FC 25 and EA SPORTS FC 24 on all platforms.

The issue impacting matches when the Jorge Campos Player Item was in the active Squad has now been resolved. Players can use the item as intended, and the corresponding SBC has been reactivated. Thank you for your patience.

We have taken down the corresponding SBC while we continue to investigate. If you are experiencing this issue, removing the Player Item from your Squad should enable you to play matches again.

We are investigating reports of not being able to play matches when Jorge Campos Player Item is in the active Squad. We'll provide an update when available.
