Wearing sunscreen alone isn’t enough to protect you in the hot weather. Remember to stay hydrated, wear suitable clothing and spend time in the shade to keep yourself safe this summer. Find more info on how to look after yourself during a #heatwave at nhs.uk/Heatwave

Have you been drinking enough water today? Staying hydrated is really important in this hot weather to avoid heatstroke and heat exhaustion. Check on vulnerable people around you, including the elderly and the young, to ensure they have a good supply of drinking water today.

Excellent thread…I also feel that in addition to EtCO2, cerebral oximetry (rSO2) is potentially a useful marker of cerebral ischaemia during CPR & may contribute to improving overall survival & neurological outcomes #CPR #resuscitation pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34780070/

MYTH! Many pts survive neurologically intact with resuscitation beyond 20 minutes. Stop using time as a basis for whether to terminate resuscitation. Instead use the relevant medical factors to drive the decision of when to stop resuscitation.
