Πραγματοποιείται τώρα στο ΚΕΒΕ ενημερωτική εκδήλωση με θέμα: «Εξαγορές και Συγχωνεύσεις Μικρομεσαίων Επιχειρήσεων στην Κύπρο», σε συνεργασία με την @HellenicBank και το @EEN_Cyprus.   Στην εκδήλωση απεύθυναν χαιρετισμό ο Υπουργός Οικονομικών @MoF_Cyprus, κ. Μάκης Κεραυνός, και ο Γενικός Διευθυντής Wholesale Banking της Ελληνικής Τράπεζας, κ. Φοίβος Στασόπουλος.   Ο Πρόεδρος του #ΚΕΒΕ κ. Σταύρος Σταύρου @sastavrou τόνισε στην ομιλία του ότι το Επιμελητήριο θα συνεχίσει να εργάζεται με στόχο τη στήριξη της επιχειρηματικής κοινότητας με ενημέρωση, δικτύωση και πρόσβαση σε ευκαιρίες. «Είμαστε εδώ για να χτίζουμε γέφυρες μεταξύ επιχειρήσεων, αγορών, γνώσης και δημόσιων φορέων».   Στη συζήτηση πάνελ συμμετέχουν επαγγελματίες του χώρου όπου θα αναπτύξουν τα θέματα:   •Νομικά, φορολογικά και λογιστικά ζητήματα στη διαδικασία συγχώνευσης •Πρακτική εμπειρία από επιτυχημένη συγχώνευση στην κυπριακή αγορά •Ανάλυση Αγοράς & Χρηματοοικονομικές Τάσεις για τις ΜμΕ.   Στόχος της εκδήλωσης είναι η στήριξη και ενημέρωση των ΜμΕ για τις δυνατότητες ανάπτυξης και βιώσιμης πορείας που μπορούν να προσφέρουν οι εξαγορές και οι συγχωνεύσεις.
