Corridor care will remain the norm, whilst we tread our current path. NHSE’s own plans reset the 4-hour standard at 76%, at which level overcrowding is inevitable. Improving alternatives to admission isn’t a bad idea but won’t fix the main causes, or the problem itself. @RCollEM
