Aye, matey! 🏴‍☠️ These fourth graders wrapped up their Treasure Island unit with a Pirate Party! 🪝They created their own pirate names, played Capture the Jolly Roger, read the pirate stories they wrote, and watched a movie with Pirate Booty and Juice Barrels! 🍿 #BeEvergreen

Central Middle School had its first of three Student Excellence Breakfasts to celebrate students and their families who were on the honor roll or recognized as Star student of the month. Congratulations to these star students! ⭐ #BeEvergreen

Before Easter, first graders decorated paper mache eggs with tissue paper, wrapping paper, and lots of glitter! #BeEvergreen

6th graders demonstrated their learning in a fun, hands-on activity by creating life-sized portraits of characters in their current novel! #BeEvergreen

These Southeast third graders launched into their astronomy unit right when NASA’s Artemis II set off on its journey! 🚀 What a special treat for these students to learn about space during such a historical event. 🌕 #BeEvergreen

April is School Library Month, and tomorrow, April 4 is School Librarian Day! Thank you to our school librarians who have a rich knowledge of stories and literature and work every day to nurture a love of learning in our students. #BeEvergreen

April is National Arab American Heritage Month, a time to learn and celebrate the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of Arab Americans!

Southwest students and staff honored Irish American Heritage! From handmade sweaters worn by staff to Irish dancing at St. Baldrick’s by our very own students to a spirit day on St. Patrick's Day, the luck of the Irish was felt by all! 🍀 #BeEvergreen
