The Clean Water Program had a great MLK Jr. Day of Service along the San Lorenzo Creek Bay Trail! They teamed with 24 @ETNetwork volunteers and picked up about 2 cubic yards of litter along the creek trail, mostly small plastics and styrofoam.

The reintroduction of rehabilitated otters into Elkhorn Slough resulted in the rapid resurgence of eelgrass meadows, a really important habitat that also provides significant benefits in the fight against climate change. Check the study out here: mbayaq.co/3HU05l9
