@jameshritz @AEM366 Reality is .. McCarthy only went to 1 pro day unlike Tomlin who went to most of them . He said he wasn’t going to have much input in the draft he stayed in the faculties with coaches trying to install his play book and making a training schedule. This draft is on Kahn

@AEM366 Terrible take .. Bc took over 6 years ago yes , but then what happened? Covid . Shut down minor leagues . had to keep the same development team way longer than he wanted to and draft off of reports. Since then his draft/ dev has been near the top and it’s finally showing
