Went down another baking rabbit hole🙈 Decided to make butter. I hate butter. Decided to make croissants to use up butter. 2 days of rolls & folds…but…all ingredients are organic, & homemade = no egg wash so little dude could try croissants for 1st time 🥳 #eggfree #allergy

@life0fStacy13 Aww thank you 🥰 They were surprisingly easy, just a very long process. Cold is key! I ignored the recipe and put them in the fridge for 45mins after proving and I’m convinced that stopped any butter leakage.
