Parents and carers spent time in year 1 this morning helping their child make a delicious fruit salad, previously designed in DT🍎

Year 5 children designed pencil cases in DT. Today their parents and carers joined them as they used their practical skills to bring these to life, adapting their design along the way.

We had some budding authors at Mrs Donoghue's lunchtime Author Club today.

Look who came to visit the children of Edwards Hall this morning!

Children in year 2 made board games in class based on continents and oceans. They invited families to join them this week to trial their games by asking questions and testing their Geography knowledge!

Year 6 parents joined the children to assist in making shadow puppets to tell a traditional tale. They learnt the effects of moving a light source closer and further away to help tell their story.

Year 1 families learnt to draw like Picasso using the skills children had learnt in their art lessons.

Year 5 children invited their families to come and see their work on Anglo Saxons today.

Today we are wearing yellow in support of Young Minds #WorldMentalHealthDay2024
