1 month since Nationals! A year ago I could never have imagined I’m an All-American🏅 This season’s toughest obstacle was learning my competition mindset, and I’m so grateful for my team & coaches. Relentless hours training paid off, and I’m already preparing for next season! 💪

Words can only begin to describe what the Dowling community has meant to me. Each teacher, student, and staff member has helped me grow as a person. I poured my soul into academic and athletic success and reaped the rewards. Thank you, Dowling. You changed me for the better.

I am beyond proud to have called Dowling Track & Field my home for the past four years. I will always cherish the triumphs and challenges faced with teammates and coaches- each one is my family.
