@BotoxCosmetic I have been charged TWICE for botoxcosmeticday giftcard!! SO I have paid $200 for a BOGO $100 giftcard!! And have not received any notifications of my purchases but it is on my credit card!! Wtf??!!

No one will answer us on Twitter, all comments on every social platform have been dismantled, and your phones have been turned off 🙄😡🙄😡 Were you hacked? Were our cc’s compromised? Personal data was also shared with the website crash

@brentlsaunders it would behoove your company to respond to the literally thousands of faithful BD members that were charged and never received our BOGO emails or redemption codes!

@Skullcrushers48 @BotoxCosmetic Same here! Credit card was charged and I received no email. I’m starting to wonder if they were hacked? My sister got an email with redemption codes and I did not, but my cc was charged and then they took the whole site down 🤷🏽‍♀️ Makes me nervous

@BotoxCosmetic so after 4 hours grinding I got it to check out and work. I check my bank account and I’ve been charged twice for 100$ but I’ve yet to receive an email or have the gift cards added to brilliant distinctions wtf is this!! My wife planned to use them in the morning

@botoxcosmetic #botoxcosmeticday managed to somehow get my credit card charged, but no email confirmation and the “order received” page decided to return an error so I have no idea what my order info is or how to even receive the gift cards.
