So when we looked just at sites assessed in the last six years, we found that 81% of the sites the government says are in "favourable condition" have not been assessed in that time period. And only a quarter of sites are in good condition - not a third.

This graph shows when sites were last assessed. Notice anything? A quarter of sites haven't been assessed since the Conservative government came to power in 2010.
